Large Suite for 2-4 Guests

An affordable hotel-alternative in the newest hotel zone of Guadalajara. The two queen-sized beds make a comfortable space for 2–4 guests. It is often used for a business stay because of excellent Wi-Fi and digital entertainment. The use of a kitchen, for light snacks and cooking, is always available with a dining room next to the suite. The Expo-Guadalajara, and 30+ restaurants and shopping centers surround us in this great neighborhood of Chapalita, for those preferring not to cook. The space This room is styled with traditional furnishings with modern amenities added for our guests' enjoyment. We have used warmer colors in this room to offset the bright afternoon light, yet using white cotton sheets and comforters. Different pillow choices are available, if requested. There is a large desk, with ample space for two people, if needed. A Keurig coffee-tea maker is ready when you are. Total Play fiber optics is our TV service and fast internet provider throughout the property, offering fast and reliable speed and endless programming for world travelers. The kitchen is not large but well-equipped. Welcome to Chapalita, Guadalajara, Mexico! Guest access The downstairs is open for your use, with the dining room, kitchen, patio, and gardens. This two queen-sized bed suite is very large, so most guests use it like a studio apartment. It includes free high speed internet service, HDTV, Keurig beverage maker, and Echo devices with Alexa for your enjoyment. Guests use the front staircase only. The back stairs are restricted for service and private office and host's private space away from everything. Bathrooms are on both floors. Backyard and patio can be opened from this room for meals or drinks outdoors. During your stay Someone is always available by phone, listed on the whiteboard in the kitchen. Our housekeeper comes in a couple of days a week that can help show you around if not already done. When taking my dog to one of the parks, I will leave by my private stairs and out through the kitchen to give guests their desired privacy. There are many doors everywhere for the privacy of our guests. Enjoy your stay in Guadalajara. Other things to note We do not drive. We use Uber, whose drivers know this property well and are usually very fast. If you drive and book early, our parking space is free for you to use if you don't mind opening the gate. It is not electric. Since it is one of the few keys on the property, it must be left in the kitchen, on the counter above the sink. If you forget -and take it, it will cost $25USD to change the lock. There is plenty of parking in front of well. This is a very safe area of the city. We do have outside cameras, and a keyless entry gate alarm system that is not visible, but connected to our phones, if one of us is needed. One of us is available by phone if you don't see us. The numbers are on the whiteboard in the kitchen. Laundry room is available with detergent and softener for guests staying 4+ days.
