The space Casa Líquida is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment, with a small living room and dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom. One of the rooms, with a double bed, is available, and the other is set up if the reservation is for two or three guests (single bed). With your comfort in mind, we have made recent improvements that enhance the lodging experience: we installed a new and larger mattress for restful sleep; we renovated the floors in the kitchen and bathroom, providing freshness and cleanliness; we added a hypoallergenic rug free of dust; we incorporated blackout curtains in the bedroom to ensure deep sleep nights; and we added an ergonomic chair ideal for those working from home. Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor and, right above, is the rooftop of the building. If you wish to go up, we ask that you do so carefully and let us know beforehand, as it is not a private balcony but a common space shared with other neighbors. It is important to respect its use and keep it in good condition for the coexistence of everyone. Other things to note At Casa Líquida, the reservation is for the entire apartment, designed for you to enjoy total privacy and comfort. We seek long-term stays, preferably for a month or more, to provide a stable and well-kept environment. If you are traveling with a second person, it is possible to enable the second bedroom —we just ask that you inform us in advance so we can prepare it properly—.
