The Main House is 4 bedrooms, 3 bath with 3 showers, 2 story house , 2 bedrooms on each floor ,with a lot of open space. There is a back deck with a screened in porch with views of the Ozark mountains, a gas fireplace in the family room. We are located just past the Cresent hotel on a dead end street with parking in the driveway and in front of the house. Walking distance to downtown. There is a separate Airbnb cottage on the same property called the Carriage House if you need additional space. The space There are two bedrooms on each floor, upstairs has a king and a queen, downstairs has a king and a full. We are pet friendly (with additional fee) of 85.00 per pet, with a large yard , which is a shared yard with the carriage house.Quiet dead end street. Walking distance to downtown. Short drive to hiking and mountain biking trails, lake leatherwood, black bass lake, great passion play trails, and beaver lake. The hot tub is exclusive for your use on the lower patio. The base rate is 225 for 2 and 25 for each additional person. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. Guest access The whole house is yours, we do not open up the garage to guests, unless previously talked about with Chris. Parking in the driveway and in front of the house. Other things to note we have 2 houses on one property, they are seperate from each other, the yard is fenced in but is shared between the two houses.
