Here's some important information: 1.- For better communication, please share a phone number with me so that we can share information that will be useful during your stay with us. 2.- A day before your arrival, I will ask you to confirm an approximate time for your check-in. 3.- Check-in is after 3:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, you can drop off your bags and we'll store them at the front desk. 4.- Once your check-in time is confirmed (the same day or the day before) we will send you the contact information of the staff who will be there to welcome you. 5.- We receive guests 24/7 and depending on the day and time of your arrival, it will be the person who will support us. Staff does NOT have access to that chat/platform 6.- It is important to maintain communication with this person, as they will give you access, give you keys and some small recommendations. 7.- Check-out is at 12 noon at the latest. If you need to leave luggage, you're welcome to do so. Just let us know the day before to arrange it, and we'll store it in the administration office. 8.- We suggest you have a data plan on your mobile phone to be in communication at all times. Mainly for check-in because, although it is very easy to get to, we have had cases where due to lack of communication the process becomes complicated. 9.- To allow a more relaxed stay, I am not in the building, but we have people right there who support us with guest service and will gladly resolve any details, questions or queries. Feel free to approach them. They are located on the ground floor in apartment 1. 10. PLEASE keep windows closed when using air conditioning 11.- Turn off the equipment when leaving the room, mainly the air conditioning. 12.-If you arrive from Cancun airport. A taxi can cost you about $600 pesos or you can take the bus that would cost you less than $100 pesos per person. If you take the BUS, look for the ADO AIRPORT terminal and take it to the ADO CENTRO terminal and from there you can walk to us. We're two blocks away.
