The house has a digital lock on the main door so carrying a key is not necessary so don't worry about losing it! You may have 1 dog up to 25 pounds, if you bring a dog please keep it on a leash while outside the apartment. Please upload a profile picture with your dog where we can identify you and your dog by sight. This is our only way of ensuring we let you in and not a stranger and you have a dog you claimed. Sorry , absolutely no cats allowed .We had been experienced that renters claimed bringing dog and brought cat instead who just destroyed our furniture Please rinse all beach chairs after returning from beach, and rinse feet before entering apartment. There is an outdoor shower for this. You are expected to replace anything you damage or lose. You must report problems with the house to us immediately so we can address. Failure to report issues will make you responsible for their repair. Keep all windows, glass, window coverings, doors, locks and hardware in good, clean order and repair. Not leave windows or doors in an open position during any inclement weather. Temperature set to 74 in the unit and it is controlled remotely. If you need to make adjustments, please contact owner.
