We just lowered our summer rates for Jul 1 - Oct 31 2023 - we took 30% off. Come and see us! Chinaberry is a delightful 1 bedroom villa on Anguilla in the British West Indies. A perfect location for your next visit to the islands of the Caribbean. The villa has a full kitchen, bathroom with outdoor shower, and a bedroom with sitting area. There is a lovely outdoor living room with dining area and bbq. As well there is a wonderful wrap around porch for sunbathing, or moonbathing, relaxing, reading and just enjoying the breeze. We do have AC available in our bedrooms. VRBO will automatically add a fee of $20 per day per bedroom. If you do not require it, just let us know and we can remove it from the quotation. Guests in May thru October often require it, but the trade winds pick up in November and our winter guests typically dont.
