Other outdoor amenities include a hot and cold outside shower and direct beach access. The space The home also features an open living area, an eat-in kitchen that seats eight (total seating for 15 including the dining area). The home is right across the street from Pepperoni Grill and walking distance to the splash pad, Middleton Park recreational fields, skate park, Publix supermarket and restaurants. Nightly rentals are available with a three-night minimum. Also available for off-season monthly rentals.
