Downtown Boyne City House. 7 min drive to Boyne Mt

We renovated this house in July 2021. It has all new appliances, concrete countertops, new Hickory flooring, new Bathroom, new couch. It is about a 5 min walk to the downtown shops. There are many beaches that you can walk or drive to. It’s a great place in a great location. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment (entire lower level of the house) with a large kitchen and living room. The house is in a great location. Located a few blocks to the marina and beaches. A few blocks to scenic Avalanche Preserve(5 min walk) where you can hike on trails, mountain bike or Disc golf. The house is just a half mile to the business area (8 min walk) where you can enjoy great restaurants and brew pubs or checkout "Stroll the Streets" on Friday nights. Boyne mountain is only a 10 min car ride from the house where you can ski, mountain bike, go to Avalanche Bay Water Park, and zip line. The house has Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, Amazon video, new mattresses (extremely comfortable), and a grill. We have a strict no pet policy. There are some great kennels in the area. Dogs World North” is right in Boyne City and only about 2 miles away from the house. Also “Happy Tails” in Petoskey Guest access You will have access to the lower level of the home. The upstairs has their own entrance. At this time both spaces share a mudroom with 2 separate locked entrances.
