Cntrl SA conveniently located close to the airport, restaurants, groceries, mall, and highways to get you quickly to SA's most famous attractions- The Alamo, The River Walk, The Pearl, & SA Zoo. The space This stylish three bedroom, two bath home is 1970 square feet and can sleep a total of 6 people. The home includes everything you need. It is fully furnished with new furniture throughout. It has an open concept living room, vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beam, and floor to ceiling windows that makes it a bright and inviting space with great views of the private backyard that has plenty of mature trees which give it a park-like feel. The windows surround a beautiful brick gas fireplace for chilly nights when you just want to curl up on our perfectly oversized supple leather sectional that can accommodate everyone extremely comfortably and watch TV on our 50" flat screen with Apple TV that enables you to log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, or ITunes. There is gorgeous original Spanish tiling throughout the entire downstairs while the upstairs has comfy plush carpet in all the bedrooms. You can access the backyard patio by the sliding door. The patio has a table and chairs for 4 people with an umbrella as well in case you need to beat that Texas heat. You can get your BBQ on with our gas grill that you can use freely or if you prefer just sit and sip on your favorite cocktail and enjoy the warm Texas sun that’s great too! There’s no wrong way to relax! I hope you enjoy the house as much as we do when we get time to be here; we have had the best times with family and friends sharing lots of love. There are also plenty of places to park whether it is on the cement slab in the backyard behind the gate, in the driveway, or on the street, it's up to you. Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal. All stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea pot, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, silverware, grilling tools, plates, bowl, glasses, coffee cups, plastic containers, touch-less kitchen sink faucet, filtered water dispenser via interior of fridge, ice maker and a grocery store is just minutes away. Whoever gets to cook in our newly updated kitchen will never feel left out of the party with open sight lines to the dining area and living room. You and your guests can gather around the kitchen table that sits 6 people comfortably or you can pull up a stool at the breakfast bar which seats 4. There is also sitting room right around the corner with a fabulous emerald green velvet couch lounging or a cozy reclining listening chair with adjustable headrest and ottoman to put up your feet and unwind with a glass of wine. There is a bluetooth speaker in the room that can be paired with your phone or device to pipe in whatever soothing sounds you prefer while you relax or enjoy some stimulating conversation. If you need a little space (I say that loosely), some you time, escape to our Extra-Large Master bedroom with newly remodeled private Master bath and 39 inch flat screen television with Roku for streaming your favorite shows. It’s a perfect getaway! It has a funky 70’s mid-century flare to it with floor to ceiling windows that let in Amazing natural light and make you feel as if you’re in the trees. It has super comfy split his and her king size mattress with luxurious linens you’ll love. The left side is plush and the right side is firm. There is also your very own reclining chair with adjustable head rest and ottoman for you to sit in and have your morning cup of coffee in peace and quiet if you wish. There is also an extra blanket in the closet if needed, clothe hangers along with a chair and cushion if you need to get any work done at the desk. The Master bath has a brand-new walk-in shower and toilet room with a heater, full length mirror, and skylight. You will be provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Towels for the master bath will be located in the cupboard next to the shower. Extras towels are located downstairs in the laundry room cupboard. The vanity room is separate from the shower/toilet room (pocket door) and features a brand-new mid-century double vanity and funky light fixtures so you can get ready while your partner can use the shower/toilet room. The two Queen bed guestrooms have their own closet and dresser for ample storage with an extra blanket in the closets along with clothes hangers. Both rooms have ceiling fans and memory foam mattresses with terrifically soft linens you’ll be happy to snuggle up in. There is also a 32" Smart Tv in the closets for your use if you want a tv in your room. The Guest bath is located between the guest bedrooms. The guest bathroom also has a tub shower combo, a heater, and is freshly painted with lots of storage for personal items. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion will be provided. Towels for both guestrooms will be located in the bathroom cupboard. Extras towels are located downstairs in the right cupboard in the laundry room. The Laundry room is downstairs to the far right where the brand-NEW washer and dryer are located. We will provide some tide pods and dryer sheets in case you need to do any laundry throughout your stay. We do ask you to do not wash anything with black grease or gasoline on it. As I said before these are brand-new and we want to keep the clean and nice for future guests to use. The first aid kit and fire extinguisher as well as the iron and ironing board can also all be found in the downstairs laundry room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with exception to the garage and two closets that contain our personal items. Please be respectful of the locked doors. Other things to note Landscapers come twice a month either on Friday or Monday no earlier than 8:00 and no later than 5 PM, so if your stay falls on either of those 2 days you may cross paths with the crew if you are at home in between those times.
