Guest access The property is located at ground level. Check-In: Check-in time is flexible, starting at 3:00 PM. Late arrivals are no problem; we'll ensure everything is set up for you. Self-Check-In: For ultimate convenience, we offer a self-check-in process. You'll receive a unique access code for the smart lock on your condo door the day before your arrival via Airbnb message. Keyless Entry: No need to worry about keys; enter your code into the keypad by the door to unlock and lock your condo. Parking: One designated parking spot is reserved for you in our secure lot, clearly marked with your unit number. Registration: All guests must register at the lobby where the receptionist will provide information and rules of the condominium as well as wrist bands for all guests that must be worn during the stay. The lobby in front of building C, is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after 5pm we will notify security of your arrival to authorize the access and security will provide the wristbands at the main gate. Building Access: The main entrance to the condo complex is accessible 24/7 through a security gate. Amenities Access: Your condo access code grants you entry to shared amenities 3 pools, gym, game room and beach beds. Check-Out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Simply lock the door when you leave; the smart lock will secure the condo automatically. Other things to note -Cleaning service upon request (towels, Bedding, Toiletries) will be changed every 3 days complementary for bookings longer than 3 days. *Power bill is included.
