This amazing apartment is located on Isla Verde beach with direct beach access. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a/c units and queen beds. The master bedroom has a working desk and a TV. The living room has a sofa, 65’ tv, working desk, sitting area looking at the beach, a/c unit, a round dining table with four chairs and two stools for a counter that is part of the full kitchen. Wifi/Internet in all the apartment and Cable TV at the living room and master room. The space The apartment is conveniently located in the tourist area of Isla Verde, which means that at walking distance you will find hotels, restaurants, fast food joints, pharmacies, shops, etc. It is a very safe neighborhood and the beach (right in front of the condominium) offers some of the best sand and sea in the island. 5 Min. from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU). Guest access If guests wish to do laundry, a washer and dryer machines are located on the even floors (2,4,6,8,10…) of Racquet Club Condominium. For each use of washer or dryer machine the laundry card has to have a minimum of $2.50. We provide the card and it will be placed at the entrance of the apartment to the your right inside the fish star. The guest will be responsible to charge the laundry card at the lobby. Other things to note Racquet Club Condominium counts with an all-entrance/exit control access (restricted to residents and guests) and security guard protection 24/7.
