The lower level is partly shared space as enclosed utility room is located there. It is shared only for the purpose of accessing utilities in the event it’s needed. The fireplace is a non functioning fireplace for decorative purposes Pet Occasionally my son’s dog is on the property. He is a corgi and is a quiet, friendly dog. If this is of concern to you, please let us know and I will make sure he is not here during your stay.
