The space This space is newly renovated and has all of the necessary items to have a worry free and relaxing vacation. Park your boat 15' from the living room along the river. The furniture, pillow-top mattresses/beds and appliances are all brand new. Indoor and out. I think we have everything you will need. Other things to note This house is located in a nice part of town and one of the best sections of river for all activities. You can bring a boat or jetski's and park them at the house in the river. Boating to Lake Huron from here is a short 5 minute boat ride. Walk or ride bikes along the ausable river or to local restaurants, ice cream, bait shops or local beaches. There is also a nice kids park 5 minute walk away. The house has 2 kayaks, paddles and life jackets. The house is a good location for fishing, swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing near the river. The fishing boat shown in the picture is an option to rent by the day. Comes with 2 fishing poles and coast guard rated seat cushions.
