Awesome views, quiet /peaceful, properly appointed/ just beautifully furnished. I would be happy to answer any questions. On a busy day you wont find over 20 people there as entrance access is private. The space The house is the large 3 bedroom 2,800 sq ft. with roof terrace and chaise lounge table on roof. Not to be confused with the smaller 2 bedroom unit at Punta del Mar. No 3rd bedroom or roof terrace in the 2 bedroom unit. No need for car or golf cart to get to beach , you are there. Other things to note No pets allowed (urbanization rules), no smoking inside house.
