Stainless steel appliances incl. gas stove & dishwasher. 5-star wifi! *Free parking.* The space Everything you'll need for a great stay: full kitchen with four-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, drip and pod coffeemakers, Tuft & Needle mattresses in each of the two bedrooms with organic cotton linens (also blackout shades and white noise machines), stylish modern furniture and decor throughout. Free laundry in basement (requires stairs). On-street parking is free and abundant all year round. In event of snow removal parking ban there will be space for one car available in shared driveway. One note for older guests or those with mobility issues: There are 4 steps to get up to the front door and 14 steps from the foyer to the apartment on the second floor. The house is historic and the stairway is on the steeper side. If you have mobility issues or concerns, feel free to reach out in advance and I can help determine if we're a good fit for you! If you are coming for a special occasion and/ or might need extra things you don't feel like packing or you forgot (beach chairs, cooler, toothbrush, flat iron, makeup mirrors, special baking or cooking accessories etc), feel free to message before or during your stay. House is newly insulated; cool in summer and cozy in winter. Optional extra cleaning service, as well as pre-arrival or mid-stay grocery shopping, available for additional fee. We are at the intersection of three awesome neighborhoods, with lots of options for exploring on foot. Kitchen and bath will come with enough basics to cover stays of 7 days (salt + pepper, olive oil, coffee; soap, shampoo, TP, etc). For longer stays, we do not replenish during your stay.
