The space Eagles, deer, porcupine, raccoon, fox, squirrels, otters, the occasional bobcat, and seals all can be spotted from the property. The modern classic Victorian farmhouse sits 60 feet above Whiting Bay with commanding water views to the north, west, and south for miles in any direction. There are no visible neighboring houses, only the forest, cliffs, and shoreline seen from the house. All 30 acres are reserved for the rental and not shared by anyone else. Whiting Bay Beach allows canoe and kayak access with water trails across the bay to Cobscook State Park and Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge.
