The space Villa located in bldg 6 of Crescent Beach gated community, c/w security. CB is one of the most sought after destination spots on the east coast of Puerto Rico island and this villa will definitely turn on your "VACATION MODE" switch! Just steps away from sunbathing, long walks on the beach, safe swimming, snorkeling and so much more.. 2 large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed & single sofa-bed (sleeps 6 comfortably). All new appliances throughout. Master bedroom & living room patio doors open to full length balcony, with spectacular view of the beach, the ocean & wonderful sunsets of the coastline of Palmas. Guest access Along with the perpetual sunny days, the villa comes fully loaded-! Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, cable, a BBQ grill on the balcony & full-size laundry machines. Guest passes upon request, for 1 of 2 golf courses, as well as the tennis club. Golf cart available for rent by owner, at add'l cost. Other things to note CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY. We want you to be comfortable visiting our place, so here are a few highlights of our upgraded cleaning process, because WE ARE AS CONCERNED AS YOU ARE about keeping our space clean: • We sanitize high-touch surfaces, right down to the doorknobs • We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies • Cleaning staff wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination • We refer to a cleaning checklist to thoroughly clean each room • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay • We comply with local laws, and any add'l safety or cleaning guidelines We’ve heard from guests that they want the ability to clean during their stay. WE'RE LISTENING. We have left you some cleaning supplies, to take the worry out of your stay, including: • Disposable papertowel • Multi-surface cleaner • Disinfectant wipes or spray • Antibacterial hand sanitizer • Extra hand soap There is a queen-size inflatable mattress & extra sheets also available, for unexpected guests, so unit can actually sleep 8, if necessary. Guests are provided with about 2 weeks worth of soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap & dryer sheets, plus enough coffee & sugar for 3 days. Any other items can be purchased online & delivered to your door, via the “econo to go” or “Ralph’s online” app. Unit comes with bath & hand towels, bed linens, 8 beach towels & an ironing station. Electricity is sometimes an issue on the island. On the rare occasion that the electricity cuts off, our unit is equipped with a power back up for the fridge, as well as a back up battery in the bedroom, for C-Pap machines, cell phone & computer charging.
