Just a 12 minute drive from Cruz Bay where you will find great restaurants, shopping, and a local treat or two. The unit is fully solar powered so no need to worry about island wide power outages (which are very common) except in extremely rare cases. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit for your sleeping comfort. The space The stylish micro kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to try your hand at a local recipe or two. The quaint living area is a great spot to share a glass of wine, read a book, or plan your adventures on St.John. Enjoy access to a grassy front and rear lawn to enjoy a charcuterie board or stargaze at night. Guest access For safety and security reasons guests will NOT have access to the east door. As we are currently in the process of expanding our rental unit. However, rest assure that this will not impact the serenity of your stay as no work will be conducted on your unit while guests are present. In order to keep our rental prices affordable for everyone to enjoy, we strongly encourage all guests to use water sparingly, turn off all a/c, lights, fans etc when leaving the unit for any period of time, and to only use what you need while in the unit. Not only does this help keep our operating costs down to pass that on to our guests, but it also greatly helps our environment!
