Immerse and scattered in the natural landscape of Amatlan town, the villa, designed by a renowned architect for combining the best of vernacular and contemporary architecture, has evolved from a primitive adobe and stone house into a high end 4 nuclei, 5 bedroom house among impressive gardens and views of nature. We wanted a haven where to experience nature and rest, work, celebrate, cook, meditate, hike, with friends or alone, and also explore the culturally nearby interesting places. The space Fully equipped (kitchen, wifi, tv, sound system, pool solar heating and gas heating), contains remains of the old property (a tradicional kitchen, the stable and part of the gardens). Highlights of the house are the pool patio with an open living room, the rooftop terrace overlooking the landscape, the ample indoor living room with tv, surround system, that opens to surrounding terrace facing the hills and also to the interior zen-patio. Each bedroom with a distinctive location and character, either with balcony, terrace or internal patio. All places have wifi coverage. Four people will be available to address your needs and inquiries: Driver, cook, cleaning and management. Meals and grocery shopping can me arranged previously and so is transport to Tepoztlan town. Night watch from 8 pm. Other activities can include guided walks to the surrounding places, temazcal (traditional sauna) and trips to the very interesting destinies nearby Other things to note Please note this house's fee includes staff for cleaning and optional grocery shopping and cooking services for an extra. We will could accept pets with a cleaning fee and following certain rules. Breakfast served is too, included in the fees. Lunch can be arranged in advance, our staff will do the shopping, prepare and serve if you ask them to, according to menus. We will also provide details for dinning in the surrounding places. Massages and temazcal (traditional sauna) can be arranged. We can provide other experiences (hiking, cycling, horse riding, corn based food, pizza and fresh pasta making, touring nearby towns for festivities or art crafts), you can inquire once you book. Please note that, as any other weekend house in nature, managing interaction with bugs is important. We fumigate rooms often and provide all sorts of advice as to how to interact with bugs (also have antihistamine available) in the outdoors areas. We have lived in the property for many years and have had large groups of children living and playing all around without incidents as long as they are mindful of our advice. Nothing here is out of the norm of what you will find in the region. Please note we reserve our right to accept pets according to the info you provide. If agreed, you must take the bedding and necessary implements. We ask for a fee according to the pet, and a safety deposit just in case ;) Please note my staff will be at the house 24/7. Booking fee doesn’t include permits for commercial/events shootings, which are activities that have to be reported and will be charged accordingly. For the safety of our staff and guests, external staff will have to be approved previously to the event taking place.
