Cozy Rooftop Retreat in Coyoacan

Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis. The space The living area is exterior and has two big sofas and a table perfect for outdoor coffee and meals. The room has a double bed, a small desk, a bookshelf, and a closet with ample space even for longer stays. The apartment has a dedicated Wifi modem to fulfill all your connectivity demands (previous guests have worked remotely, taught Zoom classes, streamed Netflix, or simply called relatives with no issues). The kitchen as well as the bathroom are equipped to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Many of our guests have stayed for longer periods of time (several months) so we try to have all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. We offer weekly and monthly discounts through Airbnb in case you are interested in longer stays! To keep our place clean for our guests, for stays longer than two weeks, we offer to fully cover the cleaning of the place every two weeks (already included with your reservation). Regarding clothes washing, there is a laundry service literally next door. *Important*: Given that our place is in the rooftop of our house, luggage has to be carried upstairs (2 flights). However, many guests have left larger suitcases downstairs in the ground floor of our house in case they are not using them. Other things to note Note: the terrace is cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at around 10 - 11 am. Every month the gardener comes to take care of our beautiful plants and may be working in the terrace. We appreciate your understanding in these matters as the services are done to keep our place in the best condition for you. FYI: Our AIRBNB is conceived for a peaceful and relaxing stay for our guests. If you have in mind a more party atmosphere for your stay, we ask you to consider another place as we also live in the house. Thanks for your understanding!
