Resort is centrally located just 3 miles from San Jose del Cabo, and 20 miles from Cabo San Lucas. There's a bus that runs (every 15 min) between the two Cabos. Depending on the size of the unit, there is a mini or full kitchen. All units equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, balcony / terrace, washer / dryer, hairdryer, SD Box, and internet. Resort Amenities include: Pool & spa with swim-up bar, tanning pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, putting green, convenience / liquor store, restaurant with ocean view and live, nightly music, BBQ grills, and recreation center. Other local activities include: Raven Golf Club, Jack Nicklaus Golf Club, fishing, horseback riding, beach, scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, go-carts, hiking, kayaking,,surfing, and shopping. Guest access Guests have access to ALL resort amenities, including a Business Center for guests without their own PC. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: LISTED RATES apply to 1-BR units (occupancy 4). STUDIO units (occupancy 2, with Queen Murphy bed) are available at a lower rate. ALL STUDIO & 1-BR units have Ocean Views. 2 & 3-BR units (occupancy 6) are available at a higher rate. ALL units have balconies (lower levels have patios). ALL units have full kitchens, w/ ovens, full fridge, coffeemaker (coffee provided w/ all condiments, and blender. Cookware, utensils, cutlery, and dishware provided (Full-service MEGA grocery located 1/2 mile from resort). ALL units have Washer / Dryer.
