Instructions will be provided to the guest prior to their arrival. RULES No pets. No smoking. No drugs. No parties. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. For long term guests (over 28 days), snowclearing is the responsibility of the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private unit. Please be advised that this is a private unit in a 2 unit house. There are no shared/common spaces (other than the driveway), no shared doors, and both units have their own private entrance. To respect everyone's peaceful enjoyment noise is to be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Thank you for your cooperation. Other things to note Snow Clearing: Please be advised that during winter months guests may occur snow days. In some cases snow clearing may be provided pending the availability of the homeowner/contractor however this may or may not be in a timely fashion that is suitable for the guest. A shovel and deicing salt will be available in the foyer closet for the guests use if required. Snowclearing is not provided for long term guests. Registration Details 4718
