Cool and quiet Bungalow with ocean view from its private terrace, 10 min walking distance to the beach, village or punta cometa, fully equiped kitchen, drinking wáter, wifi, parking, private bathroom, locker, beautiful garden where you can enjoy quality time in harmony with nature. The space The Neem bungalow consist of a one bedroom with a queen bed, closets and locked drawers with en-suite bathroom. A vast and private terrace embracing 2 sides of the bungalow with views of the ocean. It is furnished with wooden chairs and a small table for eating, reading, writing or doing nothing… There is also access to a beautiful shared kitchen, equipped with 2 areas of cooking each with their own stove, 1 shared fridge, tiled counters, table and all the necessary for cooking (Italian coffee maker, citrus electric juicer, blender, plates and glasses and utensils, some basics like salt, sugar, spices and more, and carafon drinking water). For eating outdoors, there is a shared table under a huge Neem tree, perfect for shaded lunch hours or enjoying a nice cool drink at sunset. The whole property is powered with 100% solar energy. The system has plenty of power for lights and for everyone to charge computers and phones and to make smoothies! One of the beauty of solar…is the ocean views without electric cables! The bungalow is set in a family neighborhood and so we ask that you keep noises low. The ocean is our music, sometimes coming from both sides of the Punta Cometa, each with their own harmony. House towels are not beach towels, please keep them at home and out of the sun. The septic is comprise of a 'biodigestor' and so we ask that you do not put toilet paper in the toilets but use instead to little baskets. We appreciate that guests use our recycling bins for all glass, metal and plastic and use our compost pile in the garden for organic waste. Finally we ask that you treat our home as if it was your home, with respect and love. Please leave the house the way you found it.
