The cottage has three entrances as well. The inside is completely redone with all new amenities - HVAC, vintage mix with original hardwood floors in living room and one bedroom but with modern conveniences. The space can house 6 Guests, both bedrooms have blackout draperies and queen sized beds. One bedroom has a high ceiling and leads to a private patio, and the living room has a sofa bed. One inside parking spot is provided for a mid size vehicle and there's free street parking nearby. Kindly park car in designated space only and give enough room for the car next to your spot to park. Centrally located in a family neighborhood. Kindly tone down noise level ( people or music ) NO "amplified " speakers such as phones, bluetooth speakers TV or any other device that amplifies the volume or the neighbors may call the Law Enforcement, if Sheriffs are called to the place, the guest will be immediately evicted without refund. No guests or party gathering at the place and only registered guests are allowed to stay at the place. No additional guest allowed please . Guests are required to send picture of valid form of identification ( driver's license/photo ID card, passport ) in message thread upon acceptance of reservation . ID must be for same guest making reservation. Guests acknowledge and agree to be financially responsible for all citations/violations/fines from the city that occur from their tenancy. Fine range from $2000-$8000. Guest agrees to reimburse owner the same. DO NOT use the white colored bathroom towels to remove makeup, use the colored washcloths or disposable towelettes. Please be responsible in cleaning up after yourselves. Refrain from throwing toilet paper in the toilet , kindly use the trash provided , Do NOT flush feminine products down the toilet. the toilet is a low flush toilet ( as required in California ) and prone to clogging if overloaded with toilet paper. If this occurs, you will be responsible for the plumber's cost . Laundry is available on site - coin operated . Let me know if there's a problem. I am providing paper, cleaning supplies, towels etc in reasonable amount according to the number of stay days, let me know if you need extra and I will be happy to provide you more. Tea ,instant coffee, regular sugar and artificial sweeteners are complementary. If you prefer to brew your own coffee, coffee and coffee maker and filters are available. No liquids other than water in bedrooms please. Guests caught with extra guests will be required to pay $200 per guest per night . Gardening service briefly takes place once a week . No pets, No SMOKING, VAPING or smoking of any kind, NO EXCEPTION inside, outside or around the space, NO burning of incense. ABSOLUTELY NO PARANORMAL spirit board or talking board. We are equipped with exterior security cameras and if you are found in violation of any of these conditions, you will be charged a minimum of $600 plus the number of days I have to close my calendar in order to rectify this issue. ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CONDITION SHOULD ANY OF THE FURNITURE OR DECORATIONS BE MOVED, INCLUDING RUGS OR BATH MATS. It is unfair to the next guest to not have the space in the condition pictured on AirBnB. Please be reminded that this is not a place to have loud music, gatherings, or make noise. Be respectful of the surroundings. Trash MUST be thrown out. Treat home like your own, you wouldn't leave trash on the floor or all over the counters at your own home so please don't at ours either. If you spill something, please wipe it up. Any breakage of any item/s big or small , please let me know ASAP, as communication is key Early check-in and late check-out available for a fee depending on availability.
