The condo is so close to the beach you still have free wifi signal. Walk to Uvas, Tortugas, Chankanaab, Money Bar, El Presidente or the Marina. Enjoy great Snorkeling and Scuba Diving right from shore . Dive Master, Scuba Equipment and Tank Rental available upon request. Paradise A1 is located well with in the Marine Park and close to all the famous popular reefs (sorry, no fishing within the Marine Park). Many of the Dive and Snorkel boats are more than happy to pick you at the beach and thus allowing you to avoid long boat rides to and from the Marinas (Just tell them to pick you up at Paradise Condos near Uvas). Guest access It's all your private condo to enjoy. Other things to note Please note, unless other arrangements are made, the maid will change sheets and do cleaning. Also we ask that guests use the outdoor grill for fish. Please, no frying fish inside the condo. There is a small ramp or stairs by the pool as well a small 4 inch step into the condo. There is also a 4 inch step in the living room. Depending on our calendar, events and season, we may decline requests to stay less than 3 nights.
