The Reef House Belize 3/2 + Pool + 1/1 Apt Option

Caye Caulker's most unique vacation rental, The Reef House draws its character from a classic Caribbean style of multi-levels and rustic interior with Belizean wood accent walls and floors. Windows and French doors to large porches on 2nd and 3rd levels lend an airy atmosphere and lush palm tree views. A back porch overlooks a pool. The house was constructed about 25 ago. The Sea Turtle Apt. is a separate rental on level 1. It was recently remodeled to add a new kitchen and larger sitting area. The space The Reef House is a great choice for families, couples or groups. The house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, with two being nicely decorated private bedrooms and a bath on the mid-level situated near an open living/dining/kitchen area. The third bedroom is in a spacious, romantic loft (open) area containing a canopied queen bed, a large private bath with shower, and its own wrap around porch. To sleep more than 6 people and gain the 4th bedroom, it’s necessary to rent The Sea Turtle Apartment. Artwork by our neighbor and Belize's own Nelson Young and by award-winning Texas artist Gordon Gandy highlight the interior. The house is fully air conditioned with a split system, and each bedroom has its own unit. IMPORTANT: As noted above, Bedroom #4 is in The Sea Turtle 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment, and it’s a separate space, rented separately from the house. It has a private entrance, contains a large bedroom with queen bed, a spacious bath with shower, and an efficiency kitchen. NOTE: The Sea Turtle rates are in addition to The Reef House. With this space added to The Reef House rental, there is room for 9. Please contact the owner for rates to add the apartment. Guest access NOTE: The Reef House Belize and the 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Sea Turtle Apt. are separate rentals, booked individually at different rates. The apartment can be added to The Reef House rental or booked as a stand-alone rental for two to three persons. Please contact owner for pricing details and availability for The Sea Turtle Apartment. It is not included in the house rental unless pre-arranged and paid via Airbnb. Other things to note The Reef House will serve as a hub for activities or a gathering place for relaxing with family members or friends. For the adventurous, a dive or snorkeling trip to the spectacular waters of Hol Chan at The Barrier Reef is a short boat ride away, and the famous Blue Hole for scuba diving is about one hour from the caye. For the leisurely, spend a lazy day unwinding on one of the porches, enjoy family time in the central gathering area, or take a meandering walk along the sandy streets. A must is swimming at The Split, dining out at one of the many interesting restaurants on the caye, or stopping by the Friday Night Jam at the popular Barrier Reef Sports Bar. The boutique wine bar next door provides great, eclectic music most nights, easily heard from the porches of the house. Experience Caye Caulker at The Reef House.
