The space This wonderful large open planned studio suite is completely fully furnished and newly updated, with a HUGE outdoor terrace that overlooks the ocean, to enjoy relaxing, dining and entertaining on your vacation in paradise. We have a fully furnished kitchen, open wifi, cable (with most major stations), an overwhelming supply of towels / beach towels / bed linens and even beach chairs and an ice cooler picnic hamper for your days on the beach. There is an amazing queen size bed and an additional convertible full size sofa bed for additional guests. The facilities here are gorgeous, with two private elevated pools and a gorgeous jacuzzi over looking the property, you will truly be staying in the lap of luxury and beauty. There is a private gym for your use also. The landscaping on this property is absolutely exquisite, all set within a 5 minute walk through Turtle Cove Marina to the world famous Grace Bay Beach, one of the best snorkeling sites on the island. With my property manager on call, 24/7 you are in for a stunning stay which I can assure will be a memorable one! Guest access All guests have access for the two private pools (one for families and one for adults only), the jacuzzi and gym. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING- - if you see ‘SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED’ - In my property description PLEASE IGNORE it is incorrect and Airbnb is trying to fix this - there is NO security deposit required - THANK YOU - Danny - La Vista Azul has been build on a cliff and this apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator access, this is not helpful for handicapped access. There are approximately 20 steps up to the apartment. - We have a queen size bed in the apartment and a sofa that turns into a full bed (larger than a twin, smaller that queen) we can provide an air mattress should you need space for four adults. PLEASE NOTE - WITH EVERY BOOKING THERE IS A $125 EXIT CLEANING FEE. We provide beach essentials but DO NOT provide snorkelling gear -
