Your apartment at Terra Vista is between Blvd Guanajuato and the Panoramica. Secured parking, keyless entry and 500 meters to Pipila where you can take the funicular to Teatro Juarez and the Jardin. Enjoy a panoramic view on the Terraza of La Bufa then across to the north mountains. Double glazed windows ensure a peaceful sleep. The garden is a lovely evening retreat with lounge seating. Your apartment is 89 sq. meters with complete kitchen, contemporary original art and artisan made furniture The space Your apartment Kahlo has two bedrooms, one king size bed and one queen and a single, each with a double sink ensuite bathroom. The living room has a king size sofa bed, a complete kitchen and outside is an outdoor family plaza. Kahlo is one of four in our building between the Panoramica road and Boulevard Guanajuato. Secured covered parking at no charge for the first car on the property. We will give you your own door code for keyless entry. There are some small stores on our street and a good seafood restaurant. A commercial washing machine on our terraza is available for your use at no charge. We offer a shopping service at a nominal charge so you can arrive to freshly made orange juice, cold beer, fruit etc. For early arrivals before 4:00pm or late check out there is a luggage storage space. If you are arriving on the 6:00am flights we recommend you reserve the night prior so you can access your room at 7:00am Guest access Our property is accessed via Boulevard Guanajuato and the Panoramica. The front of the building on Camino Real (a few steps up from Blvd Guanajuato) is bright purple with a red entrance. The entrance on Panoramica is secured parking that you can access with your door code. Parking for one vehicle at no charge. Other vehicles at a charge of 150 pesos per day. There is a large outdoor space with lounge seating or you can head up the the terraza to take in the view. Other things to note No events or parties unless previously arranged with your host. Quiet is requested after 11:00pm to ensure a good nights sleep for all guests in the building. Events can be booked using the plaza for a fee.
