This standalone Airbnb features two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, perfectly located between the town of Glace Bay and city Sydney. It comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the property boasts a private backyard complete with a 5-person hot tub under a pergola (open year long) The space - The Kitchen - Enjoy an immaculate open-concept kitchen outfitted with sleek black stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave). Fully stocked with all necessary cookware and utensils (pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster, cooking spices etc.), you’ll have everything you need to whip up meals. Complimentary coffee (Keurig machine) and herbal tea are provided to start your day right. - The Living Area - Perfect for movie nights or relaxing, this space features a large, deep, and ultra-comfy couch you may never want to leave! It also doubles as a sleeping space for an extra guest. Enjoy a 50” 4K Smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix and Prime Video (note: no cable or satellite available). - The Bathroom - Spacious, bright and airy, this bathroom includes a double vanity and a shower/tub combo with a deep bathtub for soaking and unwinding. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience. - The Laundry Room - Need to do laundry? No problem! A modern, stackable washer and dryer are available for guests, with detergent provided. - The Primary Bedroom - Who gets the master? This spacious room features an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed with a minimalist design for total relaxation. There’s a wall-mounted 50” 4K Smart TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows right from bed (again, no cable or satellite available). The room also has two large ceiling fans for warm days, plus two spacious closets with hangers. Ironing board, iron included. For those who need to work or get ready, a desk and chair are provided for your comfort. - The Second Bedroom - This cozy room features an extremely comfortable queen bed with layers of memory foam for a restful sleep. You’ll also find a closet with hangers for extra storage. - The Patio - Step outside to a beautifully paved patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The space includes outdoor seating (rocking chairs), a propane fire top table, propane barbecue and a hot tub! Our backyard is fenced for privacy and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. We have additional govee lighting to light up the backyard at dusk. Our AquaRest spa seats up to 5 people with 29 powerful jets, LED mood lighting, four seats, and a lounger—ideal for unwinding after a long day. The front of the property also has a covered veranda with outdoor seating.
