This beautiful house is located in a New and gated residential with 24-hour surveillance. It has a mini backyard and a front garden. Parking for 2 cars, a common pool, a shower in the pool, a palapa, and a playground for the little ones in the house. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Close to many attractions that allow you to return home and recharge for the next day. The space The house is a very good option for families, friends, and even if you are in Cancún on business and traveling alone. It has three bedrooms, two upstairs with air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the other bedroom has the toilet outside. Downstairs, you will find a small bedroom with a single bed; this bedroom does not have air conditioning, but the air from the living room is sufficient to cool the room as long as the door is open.
