Cabin in Fredericktown

Remodeled remote cabin with an antique modern feel, large deck overlooking the St.Francios River. Soak your cares away in the Hot Tub. The river is great for kayaking and fishing. Enjoy a peaceful nature get away. Bring your fishing poles, a book, kayaks and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! We’re close to Silver Mines, Millstream Gardens, Taum Sauk Mountain, Amidon Conservation, Elephant Rocks, only 10 miles to Ironton or Fredericktown for food and drinks! The space The cabin has 2 bedrooms with Zinus mattresses, and the softest sheets you've ever slept on. The rooms both have dressers for your belongings. One bedroom has a rustic vintage clawfoot bathtub, if you'd like to soak in some bubbles and look out at nature. The living room looks out at the river and has a cozy couch and a 40' TV in case you want to watch Movies and chill. DVD player and DVDs provided too! There's a kitchen and dining room if you prefer to stay in and cook. Cabin has a Culligan Water filtration system! The bathroom has a shower, marble tile and vanity. We have a partially covered giant deck off the back of the cabin to kick back and relax. On a clear night enjoy comets and shooting stars while soaking in the hot tub. We have a few fishing poles and some tackle but feel free to bring fishing gear and bait of your own. Bass and catfish are the catch! Enjoy a fire down by the water or a nap in the hammock beneath the trees. Watch the deer graze in the backyard. Please DO NOT trespass on neighboring properties what so ever. Other things to note There is limited parking, so please carpool. No more than 2 vehicles. You can not block the road at all. The cabin is located on a rural gravel road. WiFi is rural WiFi, weather can sometimes restrict service. We recently upgraded to Starlink Internet and have had great results so far! The cabin is about 10miles from any store or gas station, plan accordingly.
