Orlando's 1930 B&B Old Havana - Room 3

Feel at home in a magnificent, neoclassical, colonial house built in the early 1930s, fully restored in June 2017. It is located in the historical center of the city, just 50 meters from the famous Plaza Vieja of Old Havana. It has 3 luxurious, spacious and newly renovated bedrooms, one of them with balcony [Suite]. You can rent the entire place or individually rooms. All rooms have air conditioning, private bath , minibar, safe box, exquisite decoration and WiFi (extra fees apply). The space All rooms feature a king-size bed a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, minibar, safety deposit box and a wardrobe/closet. All rooms have Electricity (110-220v). We also offer our guests laundry service, ironing service and taxi service. If you wish, we will be happy to organize excursions and airport transfers for you. Breakfast is 10 US$ per person (including eggs, fresh fruits, fresh juice, jam, coffee, tea etc.). Guest access Our guests have access to the living room, the breakfast room, the balcony and the roof terrace. The guesthouse is accessible via stairs only. During your stay The manager speaks Spanish, Italian, and English. Reservation requests and bookings are also possible in German. Other things to note WIFI (PLEASE NOTE THAT EXTRA FEES APPLY - PLEASE ASK): We are one of the few guest houses in Cuba that have WiFi in the house. The connection is very good for local conditions. It’s definitely strong enough to check emails. Also audio/video calls are possible (e.g. facetime).
