The space This is a charming and spacious one story villa, very safe and private with lots of light. The functional design in every area promots comfort, it immediately makes you feel at home and relaxed . Inspiring and quiet place, yet steps from the supermarket and grocery stores, 10 blocks from the sea. Yax Nik is the name of our big old tree in the back garden and it means Green King in Mayan. So yes, you will be surrounded by green, there is many tropical plants and blossoms in all seasons including orchids. All the photos of the flowers above are from the house. The garden is a great private outdoor space. The house is designed so there is a gentle breeze cooling through and the outdoor covered terrace is a perfect place for breakfast or dinner observing the hummingbirds in the morning and fresh coconuts on the palm trees . However the house is equipped with air conditioning if you prefer it. The big living room is a wonderful space for your brake , reading a book or just gathering with your family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight to create wonderful fresh dishes. All the appliances are included. Fresh towels , linens and toilet paper are provided. We also provide unlimited fresh water. Coffee and a few other basic supplies are added to start you off. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away for your convenience. I am available for any suggestions or help. On long term rentals electricity expenses apply. Guest access You get the entire full size family house not just an apartmentent and have access to all the space and privacy.
