Sunny Studio in Town

The studio is conveniently located in town within a few blocks of restaurants, parks, river, shops, and walking trails. Ride your bike to the RAT trails or drive 2 miles to Orvis Hot Springs to soak after skiing or hiking all day. The home is 40 miles from Telluride Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Ouray, and less than 6 miles from Top of the Pines nature preserve. License No. STR2022-21 The space This is a 400 square foot studio on second floor of garage behind a family home. The studio is accessed by climbing stairs to the second floor. There is a yard with gardens and seating, porch, rear access, and ample parking in front of the main home. Three CATS live on the property, but do not enter the studio unless the guests allow. Guest access Guests have access to a shaded yard area with gardens and seating for relaxing outside (seasonal due to snow). Other things to note There is a queen bed, queen sized air mattress and a small sofa to accommodate guests. The property is on the second story and accessed with metal grate stairs. We have 2 cats on the property. They may be seen in the yard, but not allowed inside of the rental property.
