Guest access Guests can freely enjoy the living room, kitchen, dining room and private terrace, which is inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, always with respect for the space. To take care of the place's environment, parties and gatherings are not allowed, nor is the entry of people other than those registered in the reservation. The penthouse is located in a family condominium, so we appreciate maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere. After 10:00 pm, please reduce noise. It is perfectly acceptable to talk or listen to music, always at a moderate volume, so as not to bother the neighbors and avoid any inconvenience. The accommodation is located after the ground floor, on the second floor, and access is only by stairs. These points help us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone: 1. The penthouse and building are usually very quiet, so we ask you to keep order in common areas. Parties, gatherings, or people not on the reservation are not allowed. Music and voice volume should always be kept moderate so as not to bother the neighbors. In Guadalajara there is an anti-noise law; in the event of a report, any fine or consequence will be at the guest's expense and immediate departure from the accommodation may be requested. 2. A single set of keys is provided (in some cases there may be exceptions depending on the number of guests). 3. For everyone's safety, please keep the building door closed at all times. 4. We have free parking inside the property (shared with a neighbor). In case of any eventuality, we ask you to use your vehicle insurance, as we do not assume responsibility. 5. No smoking inside the apartment. ✔️ Smoking is allowed on the terrace. 6. The exterior of the penthouse, the building, the parking lot and the exterior of the terrace have surveillance cameras, only for security. 7. The night before check-out, after 9:00 pm, we ask you to take out the trash and place it on the sidewalk, next to the tree that divides the condominium with the Los Laureles restaurant. 8. For stays longer than one week, a general cleaning is required, the cost of which is at the guest's expense. 9. All bedrooms have a fan and TV, as does the living room. One of the rooms has air conditioning, with an additional cost of $50 MXN per day. 10. On the terrace there are natural plants that are ideally watered every third day. If your stay is longer, we would appreciate it if you could support them with water (not mandatory). 11. When the reservation is for two people only, one of the rooms will remain closed. 12. The terrace has a barbecue, which you can use freely. We only ask that you leave it clean; otherwise, a $200 MXN cleaning fee will apply. 13. The home has four TV screens connected to the internet. 14. We do not have a free washing machine service. If you need it, it costs $100 MXN per load, coordinating it in advance with the host. 15. Thanks to the solar heater, both bathrooms have hot water all the time. 16.
