The island has 24 hours security & includes boat taking you in & out from 6:15 to 10:30pm Sunday to Thursday & Friday to Saturday 5:15a 11:30 pm. The apartment has top quality slick design, with a mix between confort and luxury, were all around you see water and green at the same time. The breeze that touch the apartment is calling you. The space This apartment is located on a private island, you will be surrounded by the 3 bays, also known as THE 3 MOONS. Bay # 1 is the Boats port, were you can swim, fish, even snorkel in the right side area or rent a boater who can serve you as tourists guide for Icaco and Palomino islands, in case you desire to explore more. The Bay # 2 is the swimming beach, were you can bring a chair to the water and relax, while doing BBQ among all other activities available. The bay # 3 is the Fishing bay, also great for deep water swimmers, who love to swim deep and on calm waters. This is a romantic zone, were the beach is always next to you. You can rent boat charters for as low as $25 to go to other important clear water beach islands like Palomino, Icacos and more, in case you want to use other type of beaches. The apartment includes kitchenwares and also all you see on pictures. We include towels as well and all basic papers. The unit is Tower 2, Apt 3F. Guest access You will have an architectural apartment, made by a modern design engineer who knows better than anyone locally, how to set beach. The apartment is set for you and yours to have the most possible fun. The island has 3 swim pools (one for kids), 2 basket courts (one for kids), 2 tennis courts, 18 gazebos with utilities, security, Kayak area, 3 bays, green fields, elevators, emergency stairs and more. Other things to note The island boat won't be available from midnight until 6:00am. Make sure you travel with time on schedule, yet night life is not too crazy in Fajardo. Only in San Juan. The check in time is 3:00pm and the check out time is 11:00am. If you need more time and there are no new guests on check out, we can arrange special agreements.
