You must see for yourself. The villa sleeps 6-8 Adults comfortably. Each of the three main bedrooms has a gorgeous view of the ocean, a private bath, patio access, AC and TV. The fourth bedroom is a children's room with one Queen bed, no attached bathroom. The 1/2 bath is right across in the hallway. The entire property is surrounded by custom gardens and a wide variety of beautifully cared for orchids. At the side of the villa there are quiet nooks to contemplate the beautiful view and be surrounded by nature. Magens Bay is a 5 minute drive from the property, it is not walkable due to roads being hilly and curvy without sidewalks. Hammer Time is tucked away in the gated community of Sydney’s Fancy on the Peterborg Peninsula. The fantastic beach at Magen's Bay is just a short drive.
