We are just a casual 30 minute walk to Downtown Vancouver. Our suite is a large ground level apartment in a family home in a city we love. Our location has a 98 walk score which simply means that everything you need is close by foot or any means of transport. We hope you enjoy your stay!! The space Our 1000 square foot two bedroom suite is bright and south facing with separated bedrooms, full kitchen and living room - it has 9 ft. ceilings. It is great for relaxing, cooking and close to everything in Vancouver. The suite has a new shower and tub bathroom completed in 2022. We have a 98 walk score in Vancouver which just means most everything you could possibly need in a very close walk. We are in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown - in fact you can walk to B.C. Place in the center of Vancouver in 30 minutes. Guest access Guests will have access to the suite and the south facing patio space outside the suite. Other things to note Our suite is a casual 30 minute walk from BC Place which is hosting the FIFA World Cup as well as Rodgers Arena which is the home of the Vancouver Canucks and other sports teams. We have many of the best restaurants and coffee shops in our area, pubs are close and easy access to busses to downtown and groceries. UBER and local taxis come quickly. The suite has its own laundry and does not have a dishwasher. Our suite's internet is fast and upgraded often, currently 15MPB for downloading and 3MBP for uploading the maximum allowed for Mt Pleasant.
