This 2 bdrm/1 bath penthouse is located in the heart of BOCA CHICA!!. Just a 3 minutes walk to the beach, & restaurants. We are located directly in front of a pharmacy and a block away from a supermarket, and 14 min drive to/from the airport. It has both a balcony and stairs leading to a rooftop terrace (twin bed upstairs), both consisting of amazing ocean views. Has a fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and WiFi are included. There are air units in each bedroom. This unit includes a washer/dryer. The space A limited amount of guests are more than welcome at your discretion. You can bring guests as you please, but everyone who enters the building MUST show a valid form of ID before leaving the lobby. These are not my rules, but those of the condominium so please respect them. Also, please be respectful of the maximum number of people allowed to sleep in the apartment, just because you have guests over, doesn’t mean they are allowed to stay the night if you exceed the max. We ask that you respect the common areas of the building as this is a family friendly environment. For reservations longer than 6 nights, cleaning is included 1 time a week. Please communicate with your host to specify the day in advance. The secondary bedroom shows that there is a full bed as well as a twin bed, but the twin bed is actually upstairs in the loft area. Checkout is at 11AM!!!!!! Please check with your host if you would like a later checkout time! This building has a generator so that when the power goes out it should only take a couple minutes for it to be back up and running. This apartment also has a hot water heater, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and dish soap. For convenience we also put toilet paper, and a bar of soap in the shower. The entire 8th floor is run by the same management. We can accommodate large groups.
