Beautiful apartment with 2 private terraces, with a hammock to chill out, a pro meat grill, chairs and a table. Perfect for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Centrally located 5 minutes from the WTC, and 10 minutes from the Bohemia Roma, Condesa, Angel de Independencia area. Ideal for 6 people as we have two queen size beds and a comfortable sofa bed of the same size. Independent parking that does not interfere with anyone, surveillance and closed circuit in common areas. The space The strong point of this accommodation, unlike a common apartment, is that here you will feel like you are in a small house and not in a claustrophobic apartment, since it is on the ground floor, and at the back there are two private outdoor terraces. So you don't feel locked up like in a typical apartment. The accommodation has an independent entrance with an electronic lock that uses an access code. It has a large smart television with cable, Netflix, YouTube, Wi-Fi. There is everything you need when you are not at home: a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a closet with hooks, a toaster, a regular toaster, a gas and electric oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a refrigerator, a stove, a breakfast bar, coffee beans, regular coffee, salt, oil, pepper, and various spices. And we also have two work areas with two special chairs for working on a computer, in addition to the outdoor table with its beach umbrella where at least 6 people could work outdoors, enjoying the terrace which has a delightful hammock for relaxing, a meat and charcoal grill for roast pork! Guest access The entrance is automated with an access code, and there is security in the building, so there are 24-hour security elements ready for when you arrive. So you can arrive and check in at any time, without haste or worry. If you bring your car, the security elements will tell you where to park and what the stay would be. Other things to note At the entrance, there is a set of keys to the bedrooms in case any of the bedrooms are locked from the inside. The water filter is only added with water in the upper part and that's it. In the second bedroom, on the doors of the closet upstairs, there is a set of pillows, a blanket, and sheets for the sofa bed.
