Condo in Nashville

This is a prime vacation spot for a fun weekend or a long stay! Two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twins) full bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living room. The living room has a pull out bed (full) and there are linens provided. There is an outdoor pool, a bouqony over looking the Cumberland River and FREE PARKING! We are exactly one mile from the glory of downtown Nashville! And some of Germantown’s best bars and restaurants are right outside your door! The space The Riverfront Condos are the perfect spot for a fun weekend or long stay. On site there is an outdoor pool, laundry room, gym and FREE PARKING! Located right on the Cumberland River you can enjoy your coffee or beverage while you watch the birds, barges and party boats go by! We are exactly one mile from the bright lights of Downtown Nashville! It’s a nice walk but there are also Lime Scooters you can use and Uber and Lyft are readily available! Right outside your door is Germantown where you’ll find many locals favorite bars and eateries. With Brooklyn Bowl across the street and the Nissan stadium across the bridge you are set up in a great location! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo, the riverfront pool ( May-Oct) as well as our on-site fitness room. Other things to note I feel that we have the BEST LOCATION in all of downtown Nashville. Close enough to all of the downtown nightlife - honky tonks, restaurants, Ascend Amphitheater, The Ryman, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena and our new baseball stadium which is only TWO blocks away! But tucked away on the Riverfront the ONLY Riverfront Condo complex in Nashville! We are also a short walk to Germantown and many of the amazing restaurants that area has to offer. A short Uber ride will get you to The Gulch, East Nashville/5 Points, 12 South and West Nashville and more.
