Studio apartment in historic building on Columbus Ave. Located next door to the classically designed Bay City Central HS, 7-11, and 3 blocks from McLaren hospital. Dow Corporate Uptown campus is about 1 mile west on Columbus. The space Upstairs studio style apartment in a mixed use commercial/multi family building. A bit on the smaller side (375 sf or so), but with a separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room, its layout is cozy and comfortable. Guest access There’s a porch facing the high school that guests are welcome to use, which is a nice place for a morning coffee and watching the sunrise or having a cold drink on a warm summer day!
