1 Bedroom villa sleeps 4 adults & 2 children (under 12) King size bed has amazingly soft sheets and several comfortable pillows. If you desire extra pillows, call the front desk for as many as you like. There are sofa beds in the living room where more guests can sleep. This will only be available for 7 nights reservations (Check in Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Can upgrade to the 2 Bedroom Master Suite for additional cost weekly if available, sleeps 6 +2 kids. The space The kitchen is fully equipped and has space for groceries for the week. There is a stove top burner, coffee machine, blender, microwave, kitchen utensils, and pans for cooking on stove top. You also have access to a washer/dryer for fresh clean clothes. There is a balcony and you do have beach access. There are no grills on the property. Guest access Take a tour of gourmet cuisine when you visit Nuevo Vallarta. The resort chefs are amazing and practice local farm-to-table practices. Swim in the beautiful Mayan Palace pool. Some activities are at an additional cost as well. However, the private pools at the Luxxe and Grand Mayan are reserved to those staying in the Luxxe or Grand Mayan. Other things to note You are responsible for service charges such as long distance phone charges, personal charges, and the 600$ resort fee. The 600$ resort fee is to be paid to the resort which covers pick up from airport-to-resort(only), Internet Service, Fitness Center Access, Daily Maid Service, Turn Down Service, Local Telephone Calls, Internal Resort Transportation, Welcome Cocktail, Daily newspaper (upon request), and Incoming Faxes. Payment is made to the Mayan Palace resort, not through AirBNB. There is a 30$ charge as well for using the room safe. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged.
