Upstairs: The condo offers three bedrooms each decorated with soft colors of the ocean, sand and sun. *Master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet. *The back bedroom has a queen size bed. *The front bedroom has a new double size bed. All linens are included: sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels. Down stairs: The family room is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, complete with a futon, recliner, TV, Cable, Internet, bar, and a laundry closet with washer & dryer. The full bathroom downstairs includes a shower. There is also a separate sitting room with a sofa and love seat, which are great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, ice machine, stove, cooking utensils and all the comforts of home. There is a slow cooker, flat grill and many other kitchen gadgets for your use. The spacious porch includes a table for playing dominos or eating meals cooked on the BBQ. For your comfort, there are fans in rooms and air conditioners in the family room and each bedroom. A constant ocean breeze makes sleeping wonderful, and air conditioners optional. Off-street parking is available. Sorry, no pets or smoking. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, a grocery store, the post office etc. Whatever your idea of paradise may be; we hope you will find it in Puerto Rico. Also within walking distance from the condo are the Luquillo Kioskos—the Puerto Rican snack capital. Sixty Kiosks are lined up in a row offering music, food, billiards and souvenirs.
