NOTE: There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. The home is only 6-Miles from the LAX Airport. Located in a quiet, safe neighbor friendly area with plenty of street, and 2-car driveway parking. Each bedroom easily accommodates two people. The backyard is large and gated for privacy, and has a Bar-B-Q Grill (maintained by guest) with table and chairs. Smoking is allowed in the backyard. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Easy access to Freeways, local beaches, and Golf course mins away. The space Guest are greeted upon arrival, and checked-in by host. Please note host may be accompanied by a second person during check-in process. The primary hosted guest, must check-in and also reside in the home. Securing the property for local or unknown guest, will subject your booking to cancellation with no refund. The home sleeps 6-guest, for each additional guest over 6-there is a charge of $25 per guest, per night and a roller-away bed is provided upon request. This is a NO SMOKING Home. Please put all recyclables in the Blue trash bin, and all other trash inside the Brown trash bin, which are located in the backyard. I have someone who will put the Trash bins out on Thursdays for pick-up. Please inform host, if you “must legally” travel with a service pet, your pet should be vaccinated and deflead. Any cause for bombing due to flea infestation will NOT be the financial responsibility of the home owner. A Fumigation claim for $250.00 will be charged to your account. Any additional damages caused by your pet will also be your responsibility to repair. No Parties—-No events, if you have any other guest on the property, you are responsible/liable for all invited guest/s and individuals, and any damages your unreserved / unregistered guest may cause. If you violate the NO party or events rule, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund and you will be fined $300.00, plus the cost of damages. Longer stays are allowed, however due to California Landlord/ Tenant Laws; you can only stay for a period of 14-consecutive nights and then on the 14th day, you will have to check-out on computer or iPhone and then check back in. The additional days will be reserve on the calendar for you. Please Do Not move furniture (beds,etc.) around, or remove items from the home. Thank you! The TV OPERATES ON ROKU - FREE STREAMING ONLY—-ANY PAID DOWNLOADS WILL BE THE GUEST RESPONSIBILITY.
