Local live The space The villa is spacious, ideally located on the French part of the island, fully equipped and carefully decorated by us for maximum comfort. The villa is located in a residential area 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Friar's bay or Grand Case or Marigot. It consists of 4 individual units all air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. All units have private air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a coffee maker, a small fridge, a microwave and very good bedding. There's a relaxation area and a lounge. Every Friday night, the Villa's outdoors space turns into Jazz Lounge 978, where tenants can listen to local jazz artists. On Saturdays, other events are organized. On Sundays, a brunch is open to the public, music, traditional meals, local punch, etc... The villa lives to the rhythm of St. Martin. The rooms are all upstairs and are not inconvenient, but visitors can choose whether or not to participate. Entrance, independent bathroom and toilet, trendy and modern decor, swimming pool, parking, access to the entire villa. The villa is secure.
