Whole home water treatment and filtration system so all water is drinkable. Located a few minute walk to a beautiful swimmable private beach. The Complex has two great pools (one which is more shallow for kids, and another for adults only). There is FREE WiFi throughout the condo and patio. There is a 60" Smart HD TV with Netflix service and Apple TV with games and a game controller, The condo is conveniently located next door to 4* resort, which offers a restaurant, bar and spa. The condo complex is a few minute drive to lots of Restaurants, Night Life and activities, including Snorkeling, Fishing, Surfing, Off Road ATVs, Golf. Additional nearby amenities include a neighboring pharmacy and medical care and Costco. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
