The space This is a comfortable home with cozy and enjoyable rooms, if you are a student you will love this place. If you are here for work, you will find peace and comfort... Your home away from home. We prefer long stay guests. The common indoor and outdoor areas are inviting and great to socialize, share a cup of coffee or be alone while reading a book, working or studying. Try our beautiful terrace, it's like a little retreat inside the city, you will love it. The kitchen in fully equipped with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal from start to finish, we have all codiments your nead and fresh alaca and romero at the terrace Rooms with ceiling fans, large sliding windows with blinds and spacious closets with rods and shelves. Rooms are large and extremely comfortable with desk and chair. They're nicely decorated and clean. A great place to stay for vacation, study or bussines We are located in a quiet area near shopping centers, parks and restaurants. Expo-Guadalajara is just 8 minutes away. Tlaquepaque, the most beautiful place for a great day of music, Mexican and international food, handcrafts and joy is within 20 minutes. Degollado theater, Downtown and beautiful Chapultepec avenue are just 15-20 minutes away. There you will find excellent coffee shops, outdoor restaurants, pubs and night life. In the upstairs common area there’s a full size treadmill that can be shared with other guests. You are welcome to smoke outside as long as it does not cause an inconvenience to others. Utilities include wireless internet, use of common areas, wide variety of books, washer and dryer. Movies are available upon request. Taxis can be called from home and public transportation stop is one block away. I’m sure you will find this a welcoming place; hopefully you will feel this is your home away from home. We are an educated family and value good morals and principles.
