A private room with its own ensuite bathroom has access to many common areas in our spacious home including a hot tub available all year for your summer or winter soak! Stocked in the kitchen is everything you need including a coffee maker with coffee, various tea flavors, salt, sugar, spices, olive oil, vinegar, etc. Ideal for those who enjoy cooking or would prefer to save some money on a couple of meals. Driving: ★ Not in Downtown - But a very short 20-minute bus ride. The room you'll be staying in is located in the basement, offering a cozy and private space. You’ll also have access to the spacious backyard, which includes a sunroom, common area balcony, and a hot tub! During your stay We can respect whatever interaction level you would like to have! Occasionally we have BBQ's and food tasters in our home with guests (during summer). Other times we invite guests to join us for events occurring around Edmonton if they would like to join! Please note that this is a large house and other rooms in our home are bookable through Airbnb. Meaning there is guest interaction with other guests, however the house is spacious so you will not feel cramped in the slightest. Other things to note • NETFLIX INCLUDED (TV in the room) • Plenty of FREE street parking SMOKING POLICY: • Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please do not bring cigarette butts inside the home. • A black garbage bin is located behind the house for proper disposal. • Smoking must be done away from doors, windows, and fresh-air intake/exhaust vents, as smoke odors can enter the home. • Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning or odor removal fees. Do not share the access code with anyone. Only registered guests and approved visitors are allowed in the house (ID may be required). Please ensure all doors are kept closed and locked at all times. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access or failure to follow these rules.
