Spacious home located in a private setting in Boulder, yet within walking distance to beautiful Boulder Junction. Pets welcome. No guests under 18. No need to bring extras, we offer all the comforts of Home. A stones throw away from all bike trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, cross country ski trails, and within 9 miles access to 194 lakes. Enjoy the view on our wrap around deck, enjoy a meal or just relax, then shoot a game of pool in the game room or have a fire in the fire pit. The space We have a huge eat in Kitchen, in this open concept layout. Dining table for up to 8 guests. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers, bikes and cars. Laptop friendly work space. We offer DirecTV, Netflix, Hulu in Living room, and TV's in bedrooms and sunroom. Large picture window in livng room to enjoy the view. There is no traffic, as we are on a dead end road, with only one other neighbor. Guest access Access to whole home, except for locked closet for personal items, as we do live in the home when it is not rented Interaction with guests We will be there to greet you and answer any questions you may have about our home and then we will be staying off site, in our motorhome nearby, always a phone call away. Other things to note We have rustic frontage on Little Rice Lake, no boat access, or beach. Pool table, Foose ball table and Bar in Game room. Pets welcome, but must not be left unattended or can be kenneled. As always clean up after your pet.
